각 약제별 허가사항 범위 내에서 아래와 같은 기준으로 투여 시 요양급여를 인정하며, 동 인정기준 이외에는 약값 전액을 환자가 부담토록 함.

가. 40mg 경구제
○ 미란성 위식도역류질환의 치료
나. 20mg 경구제
○ 비스테로이드소염진통제(NSAIDs) 유도성 소화성궤양(위궤양 및 십이지장궤양)의 예방
다. 10mg 경구제
1) 미란성 위식도역류질환의 치료
2) 급성위염 및 만성위염의 위점막 병변 개선
