한훤당 김굉필 사상의 교육적 적용을 위한 시론 – <한빙계(寒氷戒)>를 중심으로 –
A Foundational Study on the Educational Application of Hanhwondang(寒暄堂) Kim, Goeng-Pil(金宏弼)’s Thought – Focusing on <HanBingGye(寒氷戒)> –
본 연구의 목적은 한훤당(寒暄堂) 김굉필(金宏弼)의 저작 <한빙계(寒氷戒)>의 내용을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 교육에의 적용을 위한 방법론을 시론적인 수준에서 고찰하는 것이다. 이 작업은 한훤당의 사상에 대한 연구가 꽤 축적된 지금 시점에도, 실효성 있는 교육적 해석 결과는 발견하기 어렵다는 문제의식에서 비롯되었다. ⓐ 이 같은 연구목적을 달성하기 위해, 본 연구에서는 먼저 한훤당의 소학적 삶에서 <한빙계>가 차지하는 위상에 대해 살펴보았다. 그의 도학적 일상에서 『소학(小學)』이 차지하는 비중은 절대적이라고 할 수 있지만, 이 텍스트의 내용을 생활에 실천하려면 조금 더 구체적인 행위 요령들이 필요하고, 그것이 바로 <한빙계>에 포함된 18개의 조항이었다. ⓑ 이어서 본 연구에서는 <한빙계>의 제작 배경과 의미를 살펴본 뒤, 이 글을 구성하는 18개 조항의 내용 분석을 토대로 <한빙계>에 대한 독법의 재구조화를 시도하였다. 요컨대 18개 조항은 순차적이면서도 유기적으로 그룹화가 가능한데, 주정(主靜)과 심신 내외의 수양을 설명하는 첫째 그룹을 비롯하여 모두 6개 그룹화가 가능하다는 점을 확인하였다. ⓒ 마지막으로 본 연구에서는 고등학교 도덕과(道德科)에 속한 ｢윤리와 사상｣ 및 ｢인문학과 윤리｣ 과목을 중심으로 <한빙계>의 교육적 적용 방안에 대해 개괄적인 차원에서 논의하였다. 요약하면, ｢윤리와 사상｣ 과목에서는 퇴계(退溪) 이황(李滉)과 남명(南冥) 조식(曺植)의 사상을 수업함에 있어 <한빙계>를 핵심 보조 자료로 활용할 수 있는데, 수업 방법으로는 ‘인물 탐구 공동체 수업’ 및 ‘나만의 도덕책 만들기’ 등을 고려할 수 있다. 그리고 ｢인문학과 윤리｣ 과목에서는, 행위 주체가 삶에서 맺는 관계는 확장도 하지만 결국 도덕적으로 결단을 내리는 차원에서는 확장된 관계가 다시 자신에게로 수렴, 회귀한다는 ‘가치관계 확장법’을 이해함에 있어 <한빙계>를 적극적으로 사용할 수 있는데, 수업 방법으로는 ‘포트폴리오법’을 고려할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the contents of , a work by Hanhwondang Kim, Goeng-Pil, and to examine preliminary methods for its educational application. This research stems from the awareness that, despite the considerable accumulation of scholarship on Hanhwondang’s thought, effective educational interpretations and applications remain scarce. To achieve this objective, the study first explores the role of within Hanhwondang’s framework of self-cultivation. While <SoHak(小學)> holds a central place in his cultivation practice, its practical implementation in daily life necessitates more specific behavioral guidelines-precisely what the 18 precepts of offer. The study then investigates the background and significance of the text, followed by a content analysis of its 18 precepts, through which a restructured classification into six thematic groups is proposed. Finally, the study offers preliminary considerations for applying in educational contexts, particularly in the subjects and . In , can serve as a core supplementary resource when teaching the philosophies of Toegye(退溪) Yi, Hwang(李滉) and Nammyeong(南冥) Jo, Sik(曺植). In , the text can be effectively utilized to support the understanding of the ‘value relationship expansion method’.
